I did receive the flowers or they were taken before I could see them. ---- Florist's Response: I'm sorry that your flowers were taken from your porch.After we delivered them.I sent you the picture with the flowers and your address sitting on your front porch. When you called me, I tracked it down and delivered you another set of flowers at no cost as soon as humanly possible, the next day, and made a special trip there at the time that she would be there. I really appreciate your business and i'm sorry that someone in your neighborhood took your flowers. It is standard procedurally packages on a front porch. If no one is there, there was no time frame given as when someone would be there. My apologies.I hope you enjoyed the replacement flowers. I was in the wrong and wrote an inaccurate review out of frustration. My flowers were stolen and I thought they were not delivered. That was not the case and they did in fact deliver them. They were able to replace them quickly and delivered them with no issues. Again my apologies, this business is wonderful and I will continue to use them moving forward.
